Vogana is a Spanish fashion brand specializing in wedding dresses and other evening wear for women. It was founded by Carmen de la Puerta, its Creative Director, who grew up surrounded by threads and needles in the fashion world. The brand is distinguished by its high quality and constant innovation, inspired by vintage aesthetics and the Andalusian lifestyle. All garments are designed and made entirely in Spain, with attention to every detail to enhance the female figure and make you feel confident. Vogana's values revolve around quality , originality , and an attitude that celebrates every woman's personality.
You can conveniently purchase our dresses through the Vogana online store . If you prefer a physical experience, we have a store in Madrid (Calle Columela 6, Barrio de Salamanca) where you can see and try on our guest dresses in person. Our hours in Madrid are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We also have a showroom in Seville (Calle Dr. Antonio Cortés Lladó 4) where we will also assist you in finding the perfect dress. Orders and Shipping
We offer free shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal on orders over €100 . For smaller orders, standard shipping is €4.50. Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a fixed cost (approximately €9.90), and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is €14.95 (these destinations may incur customs taxes, which the customer is responsible for). If you place an international order outside of Spain, the system will automatically calculate the cost based on the shipping address during the checkout process. You will always see the shipping cost before confirming your order.
We're working hard to ensure you can wear your dress as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are: 48 to 72 business hours for shipments within mainland Spain, between 4 and 7 business days for the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and approximately 5 to 7 business days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For shipments to other European countries, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days depending on the destination. Please note that shipping and delivery are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and that there may be slight delays due to unrelated causes (for example, customs or logistical delays). If your order includes any pre-order items, the specific delivery time will be indicated in the product description.
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email . Once your order is prepared and leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to the associated courier company. With this tracking number, you can track the status of your order in real time . Additionally, if you created an account on our website, you can log in to the "My Orders" section to check the status and details of your purchases at any time. Returns and Exchanges
If your order isn't perfect or you've simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. The dress must be unworn , in its original condition, with its packaging and tags intact (including the special "DON'T CUT ME" tag). To process a dress return, follow these steps:
1. Request a return: Write to us at our email address (or complete the returns form on our website) indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. If you picked up your order in a physical store, the 15-day return period begins when we notify you it was ready for pickup.
2. Prepare your package: Place your dress and accessories in the original packaging, making sure to include all tags and protectors as you received them.
3. Send us the product: We'll offer you return options. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we can schedule a home pickup (approximate cost €7.50) or tell you how to drop it off at a nearby Correos location (approximate cost €5.50). These costs will be deducted from your refund. If it's more convenient for you and you're nearby, you can also return it free of charge in person at our store in Madrid or Seville. For returns from other countries, the customer must send the package by registered mail to our address (we'll provide it), covering the corresponding shipping costs.
4. Receive your refund: Once the package arrives at our facilities, we'll verify that the dress is in perfect condition. After inspection, we'll process your refund using the same payment method you used. Please note that this process may take a few days depending on your bank or payment platform.
(Important: Items purchased through Special Price promotions or outlets may have special return conditions, such as issuing a permanent voucher instead of a refund. If you have any questions, please consult our return policy or ask us directly.)
Of course! If your dress size is incorrect, we offer the option of a size exchange . You have a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date you receive the dress to request an exchange. The first size exchange in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal is free , and we will collect the item and send you the new size at no additional cost. Simply write to us at online@vogana.es indicating your order number and the size you need, and we will coordinate the shipment. If you need a second size exchange on the same order, shipping costs (approximately €10) may apply from the second exchange, which will be borne by the customer. For size exchanges from the rest of the world (outside Spain/Portugal), for logistical reasons we cannot process a direct exchange; in that case, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and making a new purchase with the correct size.
If you'd like to exchange it for a different style or color , you can return the original dress and place a new order for the new style you prefer. We currently don't accept direct exchanges from one style to another, but we'd be happy to help you choose another garment you'll love. Remember that we can also help you find available sizes in our physical stores and help you try on different styles in person.

We recommend taking your bust, waist, and hip measurements with a tape measure and comparing them to the size chart provided. Our dress sizes follow a European standard (for example, approximate equivalents: XS ~ 34, S ~ 36, M ~ 38-40, L ~ 42, XL ~ 44). If you're between sizes, we advise opting for the larger size, as a slightly loose garment can always be easily adjusted. And if you're still unsure about which size to choose for a specific model, don't hesitate to contact us (by email, phone, or WhatsApp): our customer service team will personally advise you on how to choose the right size.
Every body is unique, and we understand that sometimes you may need some adjustments to get the dress just right. Although Vogana doesn't make custom-made garments, our dresses are designed with high-quality cuts and workmanship that typically allow for minor alterations . If, when trying it on, you find that you need minor adjustments (for example, raising the hem, narrowing the waist, or adjusting the straps), you can take your dress to a trusted seamstress or tailor. The seams and fabrics in our designs readily allow for these adjustments to tailor the garment to your measurements. A well-made hem or fitting can make all the difference and make the dress look custom-made for you. However, we recommend trying on the dress with the shoes and underwear you will wear on the day of the event before making alterations to ensure the proper fit. Care and Materials

In general, many of our guest dresses are made of high-quality fabrics (such as crepe, satin, velvet, or other delicate fabrics), so we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water for most of them.
