Actual. If your order is ready but there's no tracking information, it's because the shipping company still needs to process it. You'll see the tracking information in the next few days.
If your order has been ready for more than 72 hours and you haven't received any tracking information, please contact us so we can give you more information.
If you have registered an incorrect shipping address and your order is not yet ready, you can email us at online@vogana.es or call 600 290 054.
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange of the product.
During the Christmas shopping season, the deadline for orders placed from November 24, 2025 onwards is extended to January 10, 2026.
You will need to manage it through the VOGANA returns portal .
The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase - except for the SPECIAL PRICES collection.
The Special Prices collection, as well as personalized items, will be refunded to a credit card.
