RETURN PORTAL:

To process an exchange or return, you can access our Return Portal here: https://return.iflastmile.com/vogana

What is the deadline to return or exchange an order?

  • In-store purchase: 15 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • Online purchase with home delivery: 15 calendar days from the date you receive the order.
  • Online purchase with in-store pickup: 15 calendar days from the email notification “available for pickup in store”.

The 15 days include both the request and the delivery of the return (in store, at a GLS Parcel Shop, or at Correos).

What are the return conditions?

Items must be returned with all tags intact and the “DO NOT CUT” tag, preferably in their original packaging.

For purchases with a promotional gift, in the case of a full order return, any gift items received must also be returned.

Swimwear purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs for the order are never refundable when requesting a return.

For returns made from countries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties and fees related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

What refund methods are available?

If you request a return, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase or, if you prefer, via a store credit valid for one year from the issue date.

Important: For products purchased under the Special Prices category, refunds will be issued only as store credit.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • SPECIAL PRICE and OUTLET-tagged products: No monetary refund. You can exchange for another product in the same category or request store credit.
  • PHYSICAL PRIVATE SALES and OUTLETS: No returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted.

How much does a return cost?

VOGANA Stores - (Madrid or Seville) – FREE

Mainland Spain and Portugal

Balearic Islands: Drop-off point – €9.50

Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, and Luxembourg: Drop-off point – €15.95

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the European Union: Customers must arrange shipment by certified mail to VOGANA Seville and cover the cost. VOGANA is not responsible for lost packages.

USA and countries OUTSIDE the European Union: 
Return shipping costs will be similar to the original shipping cost and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

To request an exchange or return from outside the European Union, please write to central@vogana.es with the subject: “International Return + order number”.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other charges related to the original order are non-refundable. If we need to cover any customs fees when receiving the return, these will also be deducted from the refund.

How to make a return?

  1. Access here with your email or phone number and order number, and select the items to return.
  2. Prepare your package with the items and the return slip (you will receive it by email). We recommend using the VOGANA packaging in which you received your items.
  3. Deliver the package:
  • Drop it off at the assigned drop-off point.
  • Or request home collection (cost depends on destination). No need to print any transport label.

How to request a return OUTSIDE the European Union?

To request an exchange or return from outside the European Union, please write to central@vogana.es with the subject: “International Return + order number”.

Return shipping costs will be similar to the original shipping cost and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other charges related to the original order are non-refundable. If we need to cover any customs fees when receiving the return, these will also be deducted from the refund.

What are the return conditions for in-store purchases?

Items purchased in our physical stores are not eligible for a monetary refund; only size exchanges or exchanges for another item of equal or higher value are allowed within 15 calendar days from the purchase date.

If a return is requested, it will be issued as a store credit valid for one year.

The VOGANA X Guillermina Baeza swimwear collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without the "Do Not Cut" tag.

EXCHANGES

How much does an exchange cost?

Mainland Spain and Portugal: FREE. Vogana covers the first size exchange; additional exchanges are €10 each.

Balearic Islands: €9.50

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other countries: The customer must process a return and place a new order to receive the desired product.

How is an exchange made?

You can make a size or product exchange at our stores in Madrid or Seville.

Home collection

  1. Access here with your email or phone number and order number.
  2. Select the new item: you can change the size or choose another product available on the website.
  3. Confirm the address where collection and delivery will take place.
  4. Prepare the package with the return slip (you will receive all details by email).
  5. Receive the new item at the time of collection: the courier will collect the item to return and deliver the new one simultaneously.

No need to print labels. Please note that collection is made during the day without a guaranteed time slot.

Once an exchange is made, can I return the new item?

Yes, within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the new item.

Account monitoring and recurring returns

At Vogana, we strive to provide a safe and satisfactory shopping experience. To prevent fraudulent activity and protect both our customers and the proper functioning of our system, we regulate access to user accounts.

We monitor transactions, and if we detect recurring or potentially fraudulent returns — according to our criteria and in line with our Terms & Conditions — Vogana reserves the right to limit or close accounts that may be misusing the service. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to inform you.
